In a culture that glorifies hustle and rewards overwork and constant “doing,” we rarely talk about the foundation that makes sustainable leadership possible: how we nourish ourselves. Food is at the core, but true nourishment goes far beyond that - it includes rest, self-care, boundaries, healthy relationships, family and - tuning into the biological signals that shape how we live and feel in our bodies and how fully we’re able to show up in the world.
When individuals are physically, emotionally and mentally undernourished, it doesn’t just impact their energy. It affects their clarity of thought, confidence in their voice, depth of connection in their relationships, sense of purpose and capacity to take up space in the room.
Through my work in wellness and leadership, I’ve seen the ways ambitious people push through—sacrificing their own needs, their relationships and the essentials of their wellbeing. Driven professionals are burning out not because they lack capability but because the drive to do it all (and perfectly) is at odds with our biology. Every system of the body - from hormones to digestion to the nervous system - pays the price, and so too do the relationships, families and communities we want to show up for.
But what if there were another way?
In my mentorship programs, I guide individuals from chaos to clarity when it comes to how they nourish themselves. By building a strong foundation rooted in nutrition, rest, relationships and boundaries, they naturally experience personal breakthroughs—reclaiming vitality, strengthening confidence and reconnecting with a way of living and leading that’s rooted in alignment rather than depletion.
My deepest intention is to help ambitious people rise into their full potential through balanced nutrition, hormone health, supportive relationships and a more grounded, compassionate relationship with their bodies and food.

about Me…
I used to believe that if I just pushed a little harder, got just a little more fit, achieved more, I’d finally feel better, happier and more whole.
But instead, this relentless push to perform pushed me straight towards burnout.
My life as a high-achieving perfectionist was fueled by need for external validation. Any outsider might have assumed I had it all together (and I definitely worked hard to create this illusion!). I had a great role at a great company, a healthy, active lifestyle and great friends. The truth was, I wasn’t happy. I was barely holding on.
I was constantly battling an unrelenting inner critic, which manifested in severely disordered eating and compulsive over-exercise. I was completely disconnected from my body and eventually found myself paralyzed with exhaustion, brain fog, anxiety, irritability and depression.
Eventually, at my rock-bottom, I found a Functional Medicine doc who guided me on my path back to health. He helped me understand the severe stress on my body had pushed me straight into early perimenopause.
Finally, my body was forcing me to do what I would never have been able to do for myself - slow down and listen.
I learned that healing wasn’t about doing more. It was about coming home to myself - listening, softening and tapping into a deeper intuition and wisdom that was there all along.
In my work with clients, I draw on my extensive background as a Registered Dietitian who takes a Functional - root cause - approach to understanding the underlying factors that are creating dis-ease in the body and keeping you feeling stuck. I also integrate my own personal healing experience with psychedelic medicine, Integrated Family Systems (IFS) and meditation, bringing these modalities into my 1:1 work supporting women on their path to whole healing.
I am deeply grateful to be doing this work, transforming my own struggles and healing journey into a source of guidance for others navigating their own path to health and healing.
