Through my work in women’s wellness, I understand well how pervasive burnout is among high-achieving women. These women are driven, capable, and deeply committed to making an impact — but that very drive can lead to severe hormonal imbalances and burnout, creating barriers that prevent them from fully stepping into their power as leaders.

As a Registered Dietitian, Speaker, and Hormone Health Coach, I’m dedicated to helping women reclaim their vitality, confidence and connection to self through nourishment. My work centers on transforming women’s health by redefining their relationship with food as a powerful tool for healing and hormonal balance. I empower women entrepreneurs and leaders with sustainable lifestyle strategies and mindset shifts that restore energy, mental clarity, and a grounded sense of power.

Drawing on my own personal journey overcoming burnout and health challenges as well as her more than two decades of professional experience as a nutrition practitioner, I combine functional medicine principles with practical tools to help women navigate their own health journey with clarity, confidence, and vitality.

I earned my Master’s of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition at New York University and later, pursued my passion for culinary nutrition, co-authoring “Diabetes Cookbook for Dummies.” Shortly after, I took on a dream role at Google HQ as the Google Food Team Registered Dietitian.

Presently, I proudly serve as Medical Advisory Board member with MedShadow, and speak to women’s leadership groups, corporations, and organizations committed to advancing women in business, inspiring ambitious women to step in to greater energy, creativity, and purpose - without the burnout. Alongside my clinical work and mentorship programs, I enjoy collaborating with brands and foodservice organizations to incorporate 'Food as Medicine' strategies into their offerings, promoting health and well-being through practical, nutrition-focused solutions.

When not supporting my clients or speaking on stage, you’ll likely find me travelling the globe or settling back into NYC where she recently returned after a 2 decades-long hiatus!
