I created this program because these struggles were mine too. In my 30s, I was climbing the corporate ladder, living a fast-paced life…and, heading straight toward burnout. My hormones were in chaos—I could barely get out of bed, let alone thrive in my life and career.

My doctor told me I was in a near-perimenopausal state, producing virtually no progesterone.

I felt alone, scared and frustrated and I didn’t know how to find my answers.

Determined to reclaim my health, I immersed myself in learning everything I could about hormone health, nutrition and lifestyle changes that would help me get my life back.

But the journey wasn’t easy. Reliable, accurate information was hard to come by then — and it still is today.
